Best customer service ive received in a very long time. I cant say enough how much i appreciate the time these boys put into helping me with my car problems. Highly recommend and will definantly be returning in the near future.

My little sister went in for a quote to get oil leaks fixed. She got a garbled response on their app and then received and invoice for $900 with a $370 hose ordered. We went in to get the car back as they were NEVER given permission to work on the car or Order parts, just to quote. asked for the car back and they stung my sister $90 for ordering the part SHE NEVER GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO ORDER. when confronted about this they screamed in my face, threatened to take me outside and fight me, refused to refund the money my poor sister paid to get her car back from these crooks then threatened to call the cops which to no surprise never turned up, both were empty threats but extremely unprofessional crooks praying on customers, we might not get our $90 back but believe me if you don't want to get ripped of DO NOT go to complete auto care Bundaberg, they do not deserve to be in business.p.s. if this was for more then $90 I would take you to court!

We had car troubles on a holiday in Bundy. After visiting two other mechanics who refused to even take 5 minutes to look at the car, Complete Auto Care immediately diagnosed the issue and booked me in to get it fixed. The car was ready when they said it would be ready and we were able to continue our holiday. Friendly office staff, knowledgeable mechanics and excellent pricing topped off the positive experience. Don't bother going to the nearby mechanics - just go straight to Complete Auto Care.

They recommended I replace and regas my A/C compressor, and then refused to fit a new replacement compressor which I provided. Their excuse of insurance issues" does not make sense. If they could not warrant the compressor

Took my van there for pre-buy check. These guys checked it for me, did a drive test, told me what needed to be fixed. I was very surprised they didn't charge me anything for this service. Very nice people.

Picked up my car from Rocky after my block up north and noticed my clutch wasn’t right ie only had about one inch of actuation on the pedal. Nursed it home to Bundy and went straight to Complete Auto Care unannounced. This was 1:30 on a Friday afternoon so I wasn’t expecting too much but the boys checked it out straight away, diagnosed the fault, gave me a quote and after agreeing with the fair price ordered the parts. I received a phone call at 3:30 letting me know that my car was ready to be picked up. Great customer service guys and I would recommend you to everyone. I have used these guys before and they have always done great work at reasonable prices. Thanks heaps.

My Car broke down and the guys at complete Auto care took on the job without prior notice. The patience shown was second to none it was a shocking job but Steve and his crew got my car going and running like a gem. Considering the work involved the price was great, I would recommend them for sure. I will use them again especially now that they know my car. Cheers...............Shane
