Great Vet, helpful and truly helped my pet cat. Kate was wonderful with her treatment and genuinely cared.

Caring environment. It was busy, but the staff helped ease things with a thoughtful gesture for my young dog, who was getting over excited at the time. Professional service with care.

Been going to this vets for 5 years usually pretty good although my dog got misdiagnosed when she had a stroke. Vet was cold shuffling me and my dog out the door within 2 minutes $130 later. I can empathasise with staff shortages but when you forgot to lodge someone's insurance claim whom has come in personally to ask then say it's because they are short staffed. Getting a little old after the 3rd time

I was able to get an emergency appointment for my 14 week old puppy who had a fall and couldn’t walk on his left leg. Read through the reviews and thought “probably lots of disgruntled people leaving reviews” however was the only vet I could get into while we were 4 hours away from home. $400 plus for sedation, X-rays and medication to be told that he was fine and that it would take 5 weeks to heal and if he wasn’t getting better to take him to my local vet in 2-3 weeks.Something wasn’t sitting right with me and the puppy still wasn’t putting any weight on his left paw 2 weeks later. Went back to my local vet who took more X-rays and was utterly disgusted and mortified that the vet didn’t pickup that the puppy had basically fractured his ball joint to the point it isn’t attached. As the injury is now classed as “old” he needs a specialist to operate costing $6,000 or he would lose his leg.I would absolutely NOT Recommend this vet and should have driven the 4 hours home to take him to my local vet and I wouldn’t be out of pocket 7k.

Well, what a lovely place this is, the staff are very caring and helpful. A lady called Sarah helped me I was over the moon with her service 10/10

After 14 1/2 years, we had to put our beloved GSP to sleep, Charmaine and Tanya were amazing during this stressful time.Very sad day for us but the team at Main St Vet were amazing and my wife and myself would like to express our sincere gratitude.Thank You

won't be back only thing this vet cares for is the all mighty dollar they can squeeze out of everyone they don't care for the animals only the money and the older skinny lady rude she should think about retirement as I've never met anyone as rude as her I had my dog booked in today at 9.30 to be told half hour later that I didn't have a appointment the rude lady came over and abruptly spoke to me and asked why my dog was therei said to have her paws checked to see if bandage could come off I waited for another half hour so I left to my dog to Eastwood which saved me money by going there I spent close to 2 k at main st for the visits I have had every week for 2 weeks
