Sam came out today to clean my very dirty car. She was lovely & on time. The job that she did far exceeded my expectations. She over delivered on every inch. She worked longer on the car than what is required in order to make sure it was impeccable. It is very rare in this day & age for someone to do a job with such high integrity. If your looking for a car detail i would not bother calling any other person. What she did for my car today instilled my hope in good people with professional standards. If your lucky enough to have Sam work on your car your very blessed.

Booked a service many days in advance and have had Harmeet Singh cancel on me multiple times, without notice. Unprofessional service and not recommend him as a franchisee. Calling them doesn’t help either as they offer no resolution but offer to book you in with the same person that cancelled on you to begin with.

Don't hire this company they damaged my vehicle and it looked pretty much the same as before, they broke wiring under my seats that I ended up having to get an auto electrician to repair. Be safe people before booking a clean.I have been in contact with Helen from your company an she said next time I use Jim's she will make sure its not the same people, not a thing about fixing the damage.Waist of time and money.
