Not happy with this company at all they don’t communicate with the businesses they promote I arrived to celebrate my first Anniversary at eve crystal Brook hotel in Brisbane the hotel staff had no idea regarding my booking or late check out or package at all. I printed out emails as requested but I had to wait till the next day to receive the bottle of Prosecco included as they didn’t even have my booking.the platter promoted as being included is poor no cheese or biscuits just a few pieces of meatVery misleading and disappointing

The agent, Jessica was especially attentive, helpful and went over and above to make my booking exactly what I was after. Thanks Jessica for the extra effort you put in on making sure there were no surprises. Our second time with Ignite travel and My Holiday, and both times the value has been outstanding.

Did a phone booking from NZ (free phone) and spoke to the lovely Emily. She could not have been more helpful. Everything was made so easy despite my trepidation with doing something like this over the phone. She made sure we knew what was involved; exactly what things cost and it was all taken care of so smoothly. Would highly recommend. Thanks so much Emily

I was charged an Insane change fee of $220 to change accommodation date only due to cyclone and flight cancellation (after we had already spent over $3K with them). Very unhelpful service and very long call wait times to sort anything out. Email responses was generic and told to call the call centre which I couldn’t do as was already overseas. If you want a stress free and easy experience, please don’t make the mistake I did by booking through this company.

Recently booked through my Queensland, Thais Grotto was very helpful and made the booking experience very easy. While it was not the cheapest booking, hence 4 star, having a friendly person to deal with makes things easier.

Just completed a booking for a group of 16 to Fiji and our agent David was fantastic, very accessible, happy to make changes to meet the group changing needs and we are very happy once again.
