Bluebird Early Education Waterford

I love this centre , my 2 grand children go to bluebird Waterford,The children go into 2 different studios and the educators are amazing, always welcoming and smiling.The director Whitney and her admin team Elissa and Eden are always approachable with open arms.The chef makes the centre smell so good , so I know the children are well feed.I am about to be a grand mother again and when the baby is 6 weeks old he will be attending the centre as well.Highly recommend Bluebird Waterford.

This centre is amazing! They go above and beyond and everyone is so warm and welcoming. I love how their app updates you with everything from how much they've eaten to how many nappy changes and sleep times etc. Being a first time mum it's so hard to leave my son, but all the educators along with Eden & Whitney make me feel so much better about it and make my son feel so loved and welcome. Seeing photos of how he's going throughout the day is wonderful and he looks so happy all the time! I highly recommend this centre and for anyone wanting to enrol your kids, go for it, because they are absolutely amazing!

Our family love Bluebird at Waterford! Great educators, fun extra curricula activities and we love that the food is provided and knowing the kids are getting nutritious food while away from home - Lord knows they don’t want a bar of it at home hahaBoth of our kids have formed beautiful relationships with their educators and other children :)

We have our 3 year old enrolled since November after a big relocation from the GC. And it was unorganised and unmanaged when we first enrolled.But now under whitneys guidance this center has been nothing short of 9.5/10 for us!The below 1 star review comes from a parent who stayed 48 hours thats an estimated <12 hours. Hardly enough time to see all the great things Eden, Whitney, Bella, Chef Jo and all other educators pour into this centre.This centre facility for your child is the best priced in town, and includes the most. Period. 5 meals a day, nappies, and an enormous size played courts divided into appropriate age groups.Couldnt recommend this center enough, it creates the perfect ennvironment for our little kids before the next step.

1. I saw a toddler was eating tissue but no one cares.2. When I picked up my kid, one boy slapped loudly another boy and the boy fall off to the ground next to the rock, and cried hardly but the educators ignored and one was keep using her cellphone. No one asked boy was ok or educated the violence behaviour to another boy.3.A older boy punched my 2year daughter with his water bottle for no reason and the educator gave me the Smelly used wet towel to stop bleeding.It could make the wound even get worse by infection.And another day my daughter said another kid slapped her with shoe. Since that happened my daughter does cry whenever I drive to this centre. She was very sociable even on the first day.She never cried with new people or new environment before she attended this centre. But now she gets nervous whenever I tour to see another centres.4.they charged 5weeks fee without notice (it was supposed to be 1week fee). And 1week fee was overcharged on 5 June by mistake. But I am still waiting for the refund.Educators and director friendly and nice to parents but need more education on kids mental and physical health.

I would highly recommend sending your child here, my son goes to this centre and has great experiences everyday the staff are all smiles and welcoming and my son always comes out with a happy face and is a very clean and safe environment. Also the staff are very informative so you know how your child is going and how there day is

We enquired about enrolling our son into this daycare and we were pleasantly greeted by Whitney the centres director who then passed us onto Alyssa to give us a daycare tour and she done an amazing job explaining everything we need to know. Amazing customer service and highly recommend.

As soon as you enter the centre we are always greeted by Whitney the director who is very friendly. My daughter has settled in great to bluebird Waterford , which makes me happy to leave her there in the care of the great educators. My daughter also loves all the delicious meals created by chef Jo, and is eating a lot more food since chef Jo had started at the centre. I definitely recommend sending your children to this great centre
