The Stirling Arms Hotel
Was a last minute booking but so glad the rush ended here! The bed and room - wow. Best night sleep ever! Great staff. Very clean room and well presented. I'd say more but it would mean on my next visit to Perth the chances of getting back in this awesome place might be reduced. Beautifully restored heritage building.

I was invited to a friend's birthday party that was reserved out at the garden bar. However, it was impossible to have a good experience with the excessive smokers that were allowed on the establishment, despite having many NO SMOKING" signs inside and around the whole building.I was not informed that there would be smokers present at the bar and could not have any space to have a single breadth of fresh air.Unfortunately

Mid-week night out. Nice meal. My wife and I both had the Sirloin steak special with seafood topper.Tasty and reasonable value given current prices elsewhere.Pub looked under staffed as glasses and jugs were piled up on the bar.Plenty of patrons so can't be all bad.

This place is good. We booked a room last minute when a flight was cancelled. Good value and actually renovated to a reasonable standard. They were also accommodating of our request fir early check in so can’t fault the service either. We stayed on a Monday, so I couldn’t comment on the noise factor from the bar if you stayed on a weekend night.

A friend had a Sixtieth Birthday party here recently. The venue was a lot more than I expected. Very nice room, great menu choices with short wait times. Nice selection of drinks. Pricing is pretty standard for a pub. Ample parking. Has a nice front bar and well stocked drive thru.

Had Mother's day breakfast here great staff very welcoming and friendly. There was a good selection of food some a little over cooked but still enjoyable, excellent latte from the bar.Will be back again.

Last Friday night,Feb. 2023Myself and my husbandWent at 6pmFor dinner there.Both ordered the scotch fillet to at$45EachAnd we were both highly disappointed.The meat was tough,And particularly hard to eat.Myself I actually had to spit most of it out.Couldn't chew or swallow it.We asked for well doneAnd it was pink and some what whatUncooked.We both complained to the waiterAnd clearlyHe couldn't see the problem.He actually asked meWhy I couldn't eat it???Explained againIt was not to our satisfaction.At this extreme point of pricingIt is not acceptable.It is a pubNot fine dining.The quality of dinner was very poor.We will not ever be returning here to dine.Also the chips were soft and soggy on the dinner plate andThe salad was tasteless.Sorry,Butvery disappointedCustomers.Feb. 2023.
