Recently bought a vacuum cleaner with your staff in electrical appliances section, excellent service. Today, I went to the store again looking for a toaster and the female staff in kitchen appliances section with long brown curly hair greet us with a smile. But after a few minutes, she asked us what we were looking for and we replied “Just look around”. After browsing the washing machines and toasters, we didn’t find anything we looked for, we walked out. Then the lady came to us and asked again if she can help, we answered “No. It’s okay.” Then she had this very unpleasant look on her face, as if we shouldn’t be in the store at all. This is new staff in her 20s and inexperienced, which I understand how desperate she needs to get the sales.Look, it is easy to buy appliances online now, just search online, click the button and pay, then it is delivered to my home. If you don’t like customers come to your store and look for a more expensive kitchen appliances or even a laptop which we need to buy end of financial year, it’s fine. But it’s not fair to your other staff who did such a great job over the years.

No-one wants their commission?I was looking to pre-order a S23 Ultra, but the staff seemed entirely disinterested to serve me and didn't offer any assistance. I understand that it was near closing but at least a bit of effort would be nice. Will be taking my business elsewhere despite having the best price.

I would not recommend this store for its lousy customer service, and when customers call to chase after their payments, they get told: that they are being difficult". They never like to admit they are in the wrong. There is a manager of computers there named "James Turner

Absolutely fantastic service! Truly above and beyond, which was a pleasant surprise, especially after absolutely appalling 5(!) months of being fooled around and rejected by ASUS warranty and service. James is a great leader for the team! I bought a replacement laptop without hesitation after such a helpful service.

I bought a Panasonic digital alarm clock for my bedroom, not exactly easy technology to find nowadays. The two women in their mid-20s were helpful, friendly and happy to work within a budget. This store is always great.

Anthony at Broadway was unbelievable. We bought a new TV in the matter of minutes, no fuss, really lovely salesman and worked an incredible deal for us. Very happy.

Warranty for 2 years. But battery didn’t last long, then asking to send to factory to check.Process within 2 weeks. Can’t get refund straight away! Unbelievable. Shame on this store!Bad service, for big company.Even Kmart, Target are better offer.BIG STORE, but lowest performance!

Went in today braving the crowds at Broadway to pick up a last minute gift. I'm so glad I actually went into store instead of click and collect. I got an absolutely legend of a sales person. Louise was fast, well informed about products and honest. I really appreciate her help. Harvey Norman you should habe more staff like Louise
