My bike was carried from Tasmania to North QLD. Perfect timing. But it arrived with some damage in one of the rear covers: scratches and oily dirt. I immediately called them and report the damage. After long days waiting for a response they finally decided to not recognise the damage, disregarding the photographic evidences I provided. My recommendation if you adventure to contract their service: take very detailed photos of all your bike at the moment of loading into their truck, video record the process, and do the same at the delivery point. In my opinion they are more willing to protect their carriers than their clients. I wish you luck.

Absolute legends. Super quick to complete the formalities and organized the pick up and drop off the very next day, and at a great price.The pick up and delivery were super efficient too.Would definitely recommend them.

Thank you for outstanding service. On pickup the driver was methodical about checking the bike for any damage, packed the bike away in the truck with care, and was patient enough to answer all my questions. The team then called me a few days later and advised they could get my bike to my new city a couple weeks earlier than expected, and it was dropped off in perfect condition.Very pleased with the service, highly recommend.

Danielle is the superstar of sales, always getting me the best price, answers the phone first ring, constant updates on my order and top of the line customer service. Employee's like Danielle need to be recognized by clients and by the employer. MTL will always have my business!

Be careful using these guys they delivered a bike for me from Gold Coast to Victoria only issue I had was the battery was dead flat I rang and made a complaint and still haven’t heard anything back it’s been weeks gone by now I had to buy a new battery at my own discretion quite disappointed tbh

MTL carried my bike from Brisbane to Melbourne in February this. The 6 month old bike had some friction damage on arrival in Melbourne. After various requests and promises nothing has been fixed. Very disappointing, i would never use or recommend them.

Tony the owner of MTL went over and above any service experience i have ever had involving a motorcycle transport company. He helped as much as possible in a difficult remote breakdown situation and assisted me in obtaining difficult information for advance order of a part etc etc. So i will always request his transport business and fully recommend it to all motorcyclists. He and his great team of staff have communicated well and reliably on numerous occasions - so good and a refreshing business experience !
