Officeworks provide the most convenient service with online and in shop ordering. They have a wide and varied range of products and with their 'Price beat gaurantee' you can't go wrong. There is plenty of parking and extended business hours.

I purchased some goods online (all paid upfront) with the goal of picking them up from the Toowoomba store. The first of two pieces arrived in good time. The second item has never been seen.I visited the store 3 times to check in and was told they can't help me and I will need to call the customer support number. Can you believe they don't want you to come into the store?When one calls customer support you are put on an endless loop of waiting and being told, we are experiencing high call volumes please use the website".So I used the website and placed a request to find out what has happened to the missing item. That was on November 7 and I still have not received any notification one month later.Very poor service Officeworks. I will certainly be taking my printing jobs elsewhere and would not recommend their services to anyone.Now to try and get a refund...."

I have been going to them for years now. And have always ended up unprofessional and rude staff… being someone who understands how hard it is to work in customer service I always was patient. Until this morning, I have lost a hard Drive and went up asking if it was left behind . The lady was extremely rude and said it could have been destroyed or stolen. Didnt even take a proper look if it was there or left behind counters somewhere . I know I am responsible for my harddrive bt there could have been a little more support from the staff… utter disrespect. Never going there again…

Systematically misleads customers into believing they aren't entitled to a replacement when products are faulty.They acted unlawfully by saying I would need to speak to the manufacturer. This is simply not true. ACC clearly says that a consumer can speak to the seller or manufacturer.I spoke to head office who ensured me I was correct and they were misleading me.Not only did Jana (manager) and Tracey (supervisor) act unlawfully, they were rude and condescending. They weren't willing to hear me out. Spoke over me. And walked away mid when they decided the conversation was over.Very disappointed. Will be taking further action.

I went to officeworks the other day to print a page and grab some paint pens to make a custom frame. While I was in the store, an older male staff member continued to follow me throughout the store. He was either doing it because he is creepy or he judged that from my alternative appearance I was going to steal the pens that I was holding. He also told other staff members to watch the “girl with the red hair”. Just to let you know Greg, I in fact did paid the lovely total of $15.88 for the paint pens. Watch your prejudices.

I waited 10 minutes before I got served., there was only one staff member behind the prints counter. She was struggling with the photo printer machines. I had 2 images to print. Wanted to see if first print work before I print next one. Because of that I had to stand in the back of the queue. Spent an hour in the shop. No quick print jobs.Most pathetic part is the fact that they don't even have a complaints section or line.

I enjoy going to office works. I’ve often had questions and the staff go above and beyond to find a resolution. I know sometimes they are younger and new to the roll but that hasn’t stopped them from helping. Only criticism would be the photo area. So often the line up is huge with long waits but so few staff working. It’s been a long standing issue there, you’d think better staffing management would have been worked out by now.

Thank you Sonia from the printing desk. I have had no end of trouble with printing and labelling products. Sonia was thorough and went over and above to help me format and print labels that I was at the end of my tether with. Fantastic customer means I visit in store instead of online. Thanks Office works.

I have a Epsom XP-6100 which I bought from Officeworks and haven't been able to buy any replacement ink cartridges for over two weeks. Had I bought it from Harvey Norman they were willing to take it back and refund my money.Don't buy an Epsom printer ever and if you do have to buy a printer buy it from Harvey Norman not Officeworks.
