Michael Hill Parramatta

My first and last purchase from them. I bought gold & diamond earrings for my wife and it was my first ever gift to her. To my shock, earrings turned it's color into bronze in an year and that to be after 2-3 times use. I contacted their customer care and they replied it might have happened due to contact with makeup or cream. Really!!! do you guys also wear make up and cream on your ear. They refused to help and offered only complimentary cleaning and it didn't help. Now they have taken it up for repolishing for which I will be charged.I don't know much about jewellery but I do know that gold never changes it's color into bronze even if it comes in contact with cream or makeup unless that is some hard chemical. And I now doubt if it was gold or they just fooled me. Moreover, their customer service sucks, no responsibility of the product they sell, no customer satisfaction but they can apologize.I will never ever purchase from them nor will recommend any of my friend or relatives.

Got my 1 year old daughter a pair of sleeper earrings from here. They were supposed to be able to be worn 24/7 as advertised on the packaging. 2 months after my daughter wearing them the earrings are turning black! Very disappointed and will never shop or buy from this store again.

The rage of products are perfect and varied. Pricing is fair I would say given the finesse of the products. Customer Service was top notch I would say.

Please never EVER purchase your bridal sets here. I have spent the last 4 years having a multitude of issues with the staff not wanting to cover the ring under its lifetime care plan. Save the hassle and go elsewhere. The staff at Parramatta and the assistant store manager have treated me terribly for wanting to re-size my ring. Please escalate any concerns to head office or management if the staff are not fulfilling their obligations in accordance with Consumer Law. I have done this and received a remedy.

I got a earnings for my wife’s Birthday when i was purchasing they didn’t tell, it can’t exchange but my wife didn’t like that colour therefore such a wasting money.They should have a told me once I purchase.Im not going there here after.

One star is too good for this place. Staff know exactly what they are doing and just try to scam you for your money. Watch out before coming here… if something is under warranty make sure you have your own proof because when they “check the system” they will lie about it and try to get you to pay. Dealt with 3 staff and they all were in the wrong and don’t admit it or apologise for THEIR mistakes. Jewellery always breaks from here too, cheap and overpriced. Do not recommend buying from any Michael Hill unless you have hundreds of dollars to waste on repairs even when they’re under warranty. What a joke… never buying from here again!

I had a wonderful experience finding the perfect ring for my 30th Birthday at Michael Hill Jewler.Iva made finding my dream ring not only possible but an extremely fun & pleasant experience.The customer service was second to none.I was very pleased to find they offer Gold in 10, 14 & 18 Karate GOLD.Took a couple months as I choose to order a custom ring but well worth it. The proud owner of a men’s Gold Ring with a beautiful blue sapphire surrounded by diamonds.Will definitely be coming back in the future for all my Jewellery needs.Couldn’t recommend them more.Thanks again Eva you are a real Gem yourself!#SeanDavisAustralia

Have had only excellent experiences with the manager Roula specifically. She has been a great help to me and has gone above and beyond to assist me in everything I needed. You can tell she genuinely wants to solve and help customers with their issues/needs!

Very disgusted by a lady who gave us such a bad attitude. That was absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had in the shopping centre. My partner purchased a ring from this shop for my birthday with a 3 year care plan that you can clean and resize the ring. He had no idea what size I was, so he got a big one like even loose on my thumb. So we brought the ring to the store and a staff asked me what size I want it to be. I was told that they could resize it whatever size I wanted. I told them 2.5 sizes down would be great, then the staff called this lady who seems like to be in her 40s to 50s with long hair and glasses to check our ring. Probably a jeweller as she came from the back. She had a look at the ring, then she frowned and went Are you sure you didn't wear it because I can see there's scratches and even a hair on it." She gave us this look that we were lying or something. I mean

Rizwan has outstanding customer service skills, she was patient and polite and helped us find my sons wedding ring and daughter in laws engagement rings to suite our taste and budget! Thanks for the professional and caring interactions we have had over the past few weeks!
