Sarina Russo Job Access

The Staffs are amazing and very kind to me, I have been with them for a year now. They help me get few interviews and help improve with my cover letter and resume so I'm happy that I chosen Sarina Russo as my job provider. Tayla is one of the sweetest and kindness person who always helping and working. I can't wait for the new place.

They cost me a lot of jobs. I had to disclose when I was attending a job interview (all of which, i got for myself) I then found they were contacting the potential employers and telling them that I am disabled. I am not disabled nor have I ever been. I have been advised since that there a kickbacks and commissions involved. I contacted centerlink, who confirmed that I have never been disabled and have nothing on file to indicate that I am. They cost me approx 10 jobs as the potential employers thought I was being dishonest when I arrived and they discovered I am not disabled.On another note. If you possess a level of intelligence greater then theirs, watch out. They become more patronising every time. The consultants should learn how to speak and treat people.You're just a number. Read the whiteboards next time you're there. Do you consent to your name being on there for the public to see? Do you like the abbreviations they give you? How do you feel about the tally marks/record on the board to show who's getting the most commission this month.

I have been a guest waiting for my neighbour who has had excellent help & assistance keeping job ready! They registered his ute! They put credit on his mobile & go card so he could get to jobs! There are computers inside so you can look for jobs yourself! They help with your resume! I have only witnessed a professional & very friendly service & environment!

I have found my Job Access case manager Mel, to be amazing and helpful with helping me achieve my job seeking goals.The resume she did for me worked really well for me. Apart from having to wait a little longer sometimes as it's quite busy, I've been met with friendly and courteous support time and time again. Not sure why with all the negatives. I found my own full time job whilst being with Sarina for around 6 months, but they have just found me another possible opportunity to which I'm very appreciative.

The first impression was good as I was addressed immediately and they let me know they would see me shortly. However, it quickly went downhill from there. The consultant didn't care to listen to me and any questions I had seemed to be a bother for her. Didn't even ask if I already am working and just made assumptions so had to go back and redo everything as I'm working, just not getting enough hours. She was rude and impatient and talked to me like I was stupid! I'd recommend trying another agency!

Rosana and Jen collaboratively have worked together to boost my confidence and to link my skill set with actual real jobs that reflect my qualifications and abilities. I feel empowered and supported by the team at Mitchelton. The team provide me with excellent customer service and there is nothing that I am afraid to ask of them to assist.

Have been with Sarina Russo Mitchelton for a number of years now and I have had nothing but the best service from all I’ve dealt with in the office..All staff are willing to go the extra mile for their clients and make me feel very positive about my life going forward. I most certainly can't complain, only complement the professional service and assistance provided to me from Tayla, Leona, Jacqui, Blake, Jayne, Jen, Naomi and all the kind hearted, caring, thoughtful staff at Sarina Russo Mitchelton, who helped me threw my sometimes difficult journey of unemployment. Then after i obtained employment ( In a new career path.) as a Soil Technician / Lab Technician, the good people at Sarina Russo Mitchelton also maintained their assistance to me in the transition from unemployment to employment.
