Elite Nails & Spa Maroubra Beach

I was extremely disappointed for the way I was treated in this nail salon.I will Start by saying I've been a loyal long term customer till suddenly the owner of the shop didn't make feel me welcome anymore. She sent me a private text around 8;40pm(completely inappropriate and unprofessional seen the time ) saying that the staff member I usually do my nails with,was going away and she didn't know when she was gonna come back(find it hard to believe since she's the owner), anyway she then said in the text that she had to cancelled my booking without giving me any options or reccomanding me to any other staff members she just cut me OFF!!!. I also should mention she pushes custumers to pay Cash and one time I didn't have cash she was extremely rude with me asking me to walk to the Atm and get cash for her, I didn't have enough time that day so she made me feel very uncomfortable because I was paying with my card.Definitely will never come back there seeing the way she treated me and I heard from other people in Maroubra that she has done that to more people. Maroubra is a community so the word with spread soon!!!

Love the team of ladies that work here. They always take their time and don’t rush you. I have brought so many friends here with me over the year, they all absolutely love it!

Half of the eyelashes is gone withing 3 days... :(( So disappointed! And angry as I paid $110 to have it nice for 1 day and then since day 2 you can see how much it's falling out.. I'm not touching it, not putting water on my face, not putting my face cream on the lashes and just treating it right, but it still doesn't stay on... So disappointing... I'm looking for a new salon now as this is a waste of money!THERE'S 3 DAYS BETWEEN THE PHOTOS!!First one taken at the salon right after they were done and the second one today...

I had extensions and SNS with Linda.Tracey, the owners daughter is lovely and very professional. So happy I finally found my go to nail salon!

I go to this place every fortnight and I was usually very happy with both the customer service and the result, but last time I've got pedicure and the lady who did my pedicure made my toe skin bleed. Even after the pedicure, the owner of the nail saloon Tracey noticed it and had a short conversation with another staff member about that. I though it would be fine in a couple of days but after a week, my toe got red and swollen. Even though I want to believe" that their equipment is sterilised

I just got a last minute appointment at this salon. I'm beyond happy, I got exactly what I wanted. I've been on a hunt for a nail salon the past 3 t years in Sydney, and I have finally found the one! These guys definitely knows what they're doing. Thank you soon much for today ladies, see you next time!

I've been 5 years is Australia and this os the first time i got my nails properly done, they clean very well and the nail polish is perfectly applied, I'm more than glad to have found those guys !! Thank you Eline Nails & Spa

I booked for 5:15pm and I came into the shop in time. The shop seemed very busy and they started my nails at 5:25.I was talking to the staff about design. Suddenly, other staff (older) who was dealing with other customer seemed like talking to me in her language but I wasn't sure that she's talking to me so I didn't say anything. Then, she switched to English and said We're closing soon!!!!" loudly.The staff was so rushing to do my nails as they're closing at 6

Really nice place and most of the staff seemed quite nice. I had Lyn who was unfortunately very rude, rough with my hands and rushed the service. I’ve had friends recommend this place but Lyns unfriendly attitude and unprofessional service really gave me a negative experience at this shop. If you go make sure to get any other technician than Lyn. I would have hoped for a better service with paying $170.
