Fantastic and fast work by Russel to recommission an unusable unrepairable" tank that had been out of service for years before we bought the house. Thorough work and clearly explained why it was thought to be unfixable and exactly what he was doing to repair it. Would recommend him for anyone with a problem in their concrete tank."

This man was meant to fix my tank 2 weeks ago period he said he would be here on Thursday he didn't show up he didn't call he then said after I called him he would be here Friday again didn't show up didn't call so I called again then he said he would be here on Thursday at 2 p.m. at 2:30 p.m. I call him and ask where he is he said he is too busy and he will be out there in an hour he showed up two and a half hours later he then proceeded straight up in my backyard did not knock on the door and didn't even say hello to me just ignored me. I'm surprised this guy even has a business left after his lack of work ethic bad attitude and just a general lack of regard period I would not recommend this company at all for any job anywhere in the world. I give him negative 1000 Stars

It is with disappointment and disgust that I write this review.Disappointment that I did not heed the other review, and disgust that I can be treated so badly.I had add-a-tank render the inside of an old corro tank. Very good workmanship until…. It leaked. Russel promised to return, eventually he did. Spoke about needing to patch it – and reassured me that it was not a problem and covered under warranty.Yes he will NOT return a call, just goes though, no tooting of horn, or announcing himself in anyway! So communication is extremely difficult.After months of him not showing up, I reasoned that maybe he was waiting for me to let him know when the tank was empty, so I sent him a text, and email, another text, another email (different address). Still no response.Christmas’ have come and gone and I figured ‘I don’t know what is happening in his life’ so I called – the usually story ‘been really busy’ – yep for two years and he promised that he would be out in a week and half. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have done the repairs myself.With any good tradesman things can go wrong – but if it is not covered under warranty then just buy the cheapest!I can recommend that you avoid Add-a-Tank, and look to other options.
