Booking system is quick and efficient, i was given a date & time right after my weekly bin collection - so very convenient just to leave them out on the gutter for an extra couple hours and bring them in clean and smelling good that afternoon! They were extremely dirty from previous home owners and now looking and smelling great! Highly recommend.

Arranged for cleaning in the same week and did a great job. Our bins had not been cleaning for multiple years and they lookded brand new after the Bin Butler clean. I will be using again and could not recommend highly enough.

Fantastic discrete service. Bin cleaning was conveniently organised for the day the bins were emptied so no having to put them out or keep them empty for any length of time.The bins were extremely soiled and The Bin Butler left them sparkling clean and smelling fresh. No longer have flies hanging around our bins, 100% recommend!

The guys at the bin butler are great! They really worked with me to get in a clean in a short time frame, I needed to have my bins cleaned before getting my bond back before moving and they really went over and above.If you’re on the fence I can’t recommend The Bin Butler enough, they did an amazing job, answered all my questions and kept great communication.Whenever I need my bins cleaned I’ll be calling them first!

Excellent customer service. They contacted me straight away. They automatically scheduled the bin clean for after the bins were emptied. They bring all the equipment with them including their own water. I can’t believe I’m saying this but my bins smell lovely. I will definitely utilise their service again.

Used the Gold Coast bin butler to do a one-off clean on our bins as we inherited them from previous tenants. It was stained with paint and was really bad at the bottom. Wow!!! I could not believe it was the same bin. Easy booking system online and then great communication via text. Will definitely use again!
