Mercedes-Benz Gippsland

I am a local in Traralgon. I usually go to local Mercedes-Benz for regular service of my car.My engine light came on. I booked an appointment and took my car to them for a check. In the process I had to take couple of hour leave from my work place. They checked it and did not give me any idea what the problem was or how it will cost to fix it. Only said driving it with this fault is not advisable. Asked me to booked the car for a proper service. I made it few days later. Car's Charged air hose was leaking. They kept the car for one and half days and fixed the problem. Of note they did not provide any curtesy car for the period.They billed me $850 to replace the 'Charge air hose'. $201 for the part, $570 for the service and rest GST.I am naive about car engine. Still the cost sounded to high to me. After coming home I checked in the net. Even from the authorised supplier, part would have cost less than $100 delivered. I don't know how they made labour cost to $570!!!Very disappointed.

Amazing customer service. Aaron went above and beyond with answering questions and personalised customer service. He even delivered my new car to Melbourne for me and was very thorough when handing over. I would definitely go through these guys again to buy my next vehicle.

Very happy with the purchasing experience at MB Gippsland. Aaron and the team were very welcoming and helpful from when we first set foot in the dealership until we picked up our new car. Aaron was very responsive to answering my questions about the features of each car considering many have been removed due to the chip shortage. This information ultimately assisted me in purchasing a different model to the one we initially test drove. Having clocked up 1500km over the last couple of days we definitely made the right choice, well until I find the money for that AMG GT R Pro. ;)

Loyal customer for 10 years having two Mercedes vehicles, regularly serviced and I THOUGHT kept in perfect condition by Traralgon Mercedes. Recently wanted to trade in one vehicle on a new Mercedes, was offered $ 10 000 LESS as a trade as the Dealership did not believe me that the car was serviced regularly as the service book was last stamped and filled in in 2020.At the cost of having this done regularly at a Mercedes dealership this is totally unacceptable, certainly will have my vehicles serviced in Melbourne from now on.Shudder to contemplate whether the services were even done properly at all.

Recently purchased our new Glb 250 and was surprised at how informative and thorough our salesman Wayne was. Was constantly notified with updates through out the whole process. Would definitely recommend seeing Wayne and the team to purchase a new vehicle.

Just received delivery of my new car. Service I recieved from Wayne was exceptional. Although lockdown hampered my ability to go to the dealership, Wayne made up for this with his enthusiasm and professionalism. His service was first class. He remained in contact with me constantly via phone calls, sms and emails. Sent me pics, organised delivery to my home and followed up post hand over. Couldn't be more happy with my experience.

Mercedes-Benz Gippsland are the best in their communication and service! In the recent service they had to keep the car in a bit longer to change some part and they did so, but I had a loan car from them. Adam who initially sold me the car is always available for any questions and chat about my car. Thank you guys.
