So glad I took the step and tried Body Scan. I learned so much more about what my body is made up of than the ever-disheartening bathroom scales told me! The process was quick, affordable, and supportive (judgement free zone). Amy makes you feel super comfortable, takes you through the report results, and you can go home feeling good about what your training is achieving and what health areas you can work on.
