I called Ray regarding what I thought was a leak in my roof. He answered promptly and told me he could come around after his current job – on the same day! Ray was friendly and professional. It ended up being a palm frond which got caught underneath one of the roof tiles. He pulled it out, showed me a photo of it and even told me how I could go about resolving this issue on my own. No charge! Just wanted to give a really big shout out to you Ray. It's not often you come across honest professionals who tell you how it is (even if it is quite simple) and not give you a ridiculous quote for repairs you don't need. Highly recommended.
