Narelle and Steve were both extremely helpful with booking us in quickly for 2 building and pest inspections. The inspections themselves were very thorough and detailed and no stone was left unturned. Great customer service and very affordable, highly recommend!

He is very through in his job and check all detailed house inspection. I have heard from the real estate agent that he is too good and it is not good for sellers. But, if you are planning to purchase a house in CQ, he is a best person to find all issues in the house so you can make your decision.

We used Ross Building Group for our pre-purchase inspection and cannot recommend them enough. They are very thorough, efficient, and the communication from Narelle was great. The report was detailed, included photos and emailed through to me the same afternoon the inspection was done! Would definitely use again.

I work as a building estimator and receive a lot of building related inspection reports, Ross building group has provided a better-quality report then most I receive. Their detailed report was provided in a timely manner that outlined everything I needed from a report to make an informed decision on the purchase of a property without attending site. The content of the report exceeded my expectations from what would be included in a building and pest report. Would recommend their reports to anyone whether it's for investment purposes or else.
