I would certainly recommend Neuaudio for any hearing related issues. Andrew fitted me with hearing aids three years ago, when all other avenues failed to address my hearing impairment. All the staff are kind, attentive and knowledgeable.

Having had hearing aids for 4 yrs - worn intermittently and with negligible follow up service - I attended an enlightening seminar by Andrew Campbell - an exceedingly well qualified Audiologist and the author of 2 books on hearing loss.As a result I made an appointment with Jeffrey Pang and, following a full examination, fitting and customization went off with new hearing aids- on trial- and lots of information about the use of hearing aids - with the mantra that their value was significantly reduced if not used all day every day. A mantra I have now adopted.I am writing this after my 3 months review which has given me even more guidelines on optimizing my Aids.It was their professional approach and wonderful after sales service and fantastic hearing aids that prompted me to give those in need a background to a really good option to treat deafness in the way it should be.(with skilled professional guidance)

I've had hearing aids for several years costing from $5,500 up to $9,500. Three years ago I attended a lecture by Andrew Campbell and decided to avail myself of his testing and prescribing my current hearing aids. There were several teething problems, but finally after Jeffery Pang tweaked both aids they are now working perfectly.The saying that you only get what you pay for is true regarding good quality hearing and the best hearing aids are the most expensive.I cannot recommend Neuro Hearing highly enough and follow up service is excellent.The recent Out of the Box" seminar was extremely valuable regarding servicing the hearing aids and the literature supplied shows how to in Youtube type videos.Probably the most important message is that you need to wear your hearing aids from dawn to dusk to improve not only your hearing but also to develop neuroplasticity.Adrian CliffordMB.BS.DA."

A great way to reinforce the information that I have received in my initial 3 sessions over the last 3 months.It has reinforced the need to wear the hearing aids at least 12 hours a day, plus provided a lot of background on the link of the brain to hearing - as one comment used in the presentation & previously, the brain hears.And I met other people who are also facing the same challenges in learning to adjust to the new audio range.
