Extremely happy with the service and outcome when visiting this store. Long story short I purchased wine racks from wine stash that were 3 months late with missing parts. Not wanting to continue business with wine stash I visited the wine rack store I was able to get replacement parts instantly.I regret not purchasing from here in the first instance and will direct family and friends here in the future.

We visited the shop to get some wine racks and received excellent service from Chris Perrett. He made some custom size units to suit our cellar layout and they were all delivered within 3 weeks from the order. We couldn't be happier with the end result.
