Love the BenQ eye-care lamps, bought for my son as study lamp. Like the auto dimming function which is quiet helpful and good for your eyes too! It's not a cheap product, but worth the money!

Fantastic customer support from Jithu and the team at BenQ with replacement parts for one of my monitors.Extremely happy with my photography monitors but I accidentally broke a clip holding the hood in place. Jithu managed to source a replacement for me promptly.

My 32 Benq BL3200 stopped working 3 weeks after 3 years. Very unlucky since the warranty is 3 years. Still I called them and they said they could probably have a look at it within a grace period. I honestly wasn't expecting it. So they did and apparently they had to replace the screen
