Irritated by Belinda Lamont's comment in which she concluded I think they were taken advantage of because of their age!" after these otherwise phenomenal mechanics and above all phenomenal people serviced her daughter's car I have to state the following:My daughter's car was towed to them by the RAC after it stopped on the Leach highway. They received the car just before the end of working hours

RIP OFF MERCHANTS. I took car in to get the auto transmission looked at, the report came back stating they ran it through the diagnostic program and it came back with code errors but there were no code errors listed on the report so I could investigate and source a reconditioned one. I rang them up so they could send me the code error report and was told they would email it to me........still waiting. I am 100% certain that they never did the diagnostic test and charged me $140 for no action other than a useless report of NO value. Their quote was $7000 for a reconditioned transmission and $1000 to fit it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. DO NOT USE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL RIP OFF COWBOYS, their business value is to RIP people off instead of helping people and sourcing part to fix issues with the car at the lowest cost possible for the customers. They should change the name to AUTO COWBOYS.

Took my car in this afternoon. I had bought a new battery from supercheap but the storemen and i couldnt figure out how to do the install. It was a real tight squeeze under the bonnet.Long story short, Automasters installed my new battery for free.Cheers

Absolute jokers. My car had some issues with the aircon and the business wanted me to book it in for 2 hours minimum to find the fault. Won't be using auto masters ever. Try good customer service, not ways to rip people of as soon as they walk through the door.

Ryan has been so helpful with all the cars I've taken in there for repairs. He explains everything that needs doing before hand and his after care service gives you that piece of mind.Will definitely recommend him and his team there, well done boys.

Where start .. firstly DO NOT USE THESE jokers!Had my i30 in for a 120k service, owned since new.I got a call at midday telling me my car need a heap of repairsMe and my wife normally have a family mechanic but have just moved to this area from shark bayI was told I need a new air filter (even tho my mechanic changed it last service) costing $195 along with a “throttle body service”I found out after speak with my mechanic that my air filter is $64 and the car of spray is $5 and require 2/3 spraysI was told I need a pollen filter, $185 with a air conditioner sanitizationThe part is $48 and the can of odour sprays is roughly $6-$10They said they tested my brake fluid and ir require flushing as well as my transmission flushMy mechanic advised me this was done at 100ks as per my logbook serviceI agreed to the $98 brake fluid flushI got my son to check over the car the next dayThe brake fluid was dirty and didn’t look like it was even changed….They said my car had a oil leak from the rocket cover, it was old oil that wasn’t cleanThey said it was bad and needed repair or at least a $89 degrease …..after speaking with my family mechanic and him explaining I was being ripped if I’ve never felt so taken for a ride40+ years of owning car and I’ve never encounter such plushie and rude mechanics

A rare find in these days of over inflated hourly service rates, and worse, not getting value for those rates, is a service centre whose policy is genuine customer care, not price gouging. Manager Mark's attention to detail and going out of his way in helping with a major service issue on my daughter's Audi B7 was outstanding.Thank you so much Mark, and Scott for driving us home.
