Do not use Angelic Cleaning.We are a Real Estate office who have used them over the years. They started off good. However, we were extremely frustrated and disappointed with their cleaning on a job at Redfern. We have advised them that we shall no longer be using their services.We have also sent a complaint letter to the Department of Fair Trading.We originally advised them that the property in Redfern was renovated – New Kitchen, New carpet and freshly painted throughout.We specifically told them what cleaning was required, which included the bathroom, light fittings throughout (as they were very dirty), the balcony/balcony doors needed to be cleaned and that they would need a ladder. The kitchen only needed a wipe over as it was brand new.They agreed to do the work.After inspecting the cleaning job they did. We were appalled to see that they did not even bother to touch the light fittings. Furthermore, they did not clean the balcony glass panels at the top. On top of that when they cleaned the bottom part of the balcony doors, it left streak marks on the newly painted wall/skirting board in the living room.Several text messages were going back and forth with Anna. We were asking her to return to finish off the cleaning, as we had a new tenant move in. She kept stating what were they going back for when it was already cleaned. Unbelievable !She went on to say that the light fittings were rusted and couldn’t be cleaned.Then she said that was the best they could be cleaned. They couldn’t be cleaner.She argued the point about cleaning the top glass panels as they were too high for the cleaners. All they needed to use was a long handled brush cleaner with swivel head. You would think professional cleaners would have this.They denied doing anything to the wall that had streaks.We had an electrician go to the property to do electrical repairs. I asked the electrician to clean one of the light fittings. He video taped at how easy it was to clean the fitting. He simply used a wet cloth. We sent Anna the video. She claimed she couldn’t view the video. We sent her a photo.We were extremely frustrated and disappointed in the job they carried out. We advised her after all the rude text message, we did not want them going back. Also, the audacity that she still wanted to get paid.They use false advertising by stating that they guarantee tenants will get their bond – 100% success rate. They state that they are experienced professionals. There was nothing professional about the way they acted with this job.The worst service in years and I have dealt with many tradespeople in my line of work.We could not recommend them less.

Absolutely brilliant work done by Alan and his team today doing a end of leaseClean. Can’t thank them enough especially the oven which they got to look brand new again. Would highly recommend them.

Great job removing mould from my bathroom and bedroom and overall impressive end-of-lease clean for the apartment. Fast too!

very professional, friendly and polite end of lease cleaners. will go out of their way to ensure bond is returned. make sure you have arranged parking for them before they arrive since it's often tough for them to find street parking / risk of parking fines etc. will use them again for next end of lease clean !

Highly recommend angelic cleaning. They did an end of lease clean for our apartment and when the agent wasn’t satisfied with the oven, angelic cleaning returned the next day and the bond was released in full. Very good communication and easy to deal with. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

DO NOT use Angelic cleaning. I booked them for an end of lease clean and was completely dissatisfied with the service. Kitchen shelves were left unwiped, the kitchen sink was not cleaned, cleaning residue was left on my floorboards and the windows were not touched. I could have done a better job myself.On the day they also requested additional money for the service. In entirety, the overall cost was $400 for an unfurnished studio apartment.Upon seeing the results, I kindly requested a refund of just $50 (which was the additional cost they added on the day). Anna refused my request and as such I've now added poor customer service to the list of reasons to never use this company again.Let the photos speak for themselves.
