Lance bent over backwards to attend an issue just before Christmas even though he was booked out.Have alway found IBreeze fantastic, from the day they installed my air-conditioning system.Highly recommend Lance/IBreeze.

Lance & the iBreeze team were great to work with & I highly recommend them. The AC was installed professionally & quickly without any mess or dust. I thought I would need a cleaner to vacuum the fine dust but the furniture & floors were all covered prior to installation & the area cleaned & dusted thoroughly afterwards. The guys took the time to explain how the controls worked & how to get the best economical use of AC. I was super impressed with iBreeze from 1st phone call to the end. Thank you Lance - I will be back next year for the other room.

Follow up: Lance was excellent in responding and took on board my complaints about the after sales service. Would recommend.They were good at the start but have had some issues since then.1. There was a wait to get the equipment in stock for the install which is fine, but there was no communication and I always had to chase them for updates2. My install was booked in but when I rang the day before to confirm, I was informed they had made a mistake and not booked me in3. I've had an issue for over 2 weeks now, left several messages with no call back. When I did finally get hold of someone a week ago they told me they would call back within a day or two to arrange a day for someone to come out but I've still not heard anything.Overall a good product but really poor service both before and after sales.

When we first spoke to IBreeze regarding Solar Panels they were very helpful with there information, which made our mind up to choose them over others , they were quick to get on the job and they were fitted promptly in no time at all , for a price we were happy with .

We have used iBreeze Mandurah many times, from fireplace install to Air-conditioning and solar panels. I recommend them to anyone who will listen. They are always helpful. Great customer service. They are the only business I contacted for my second build. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

From the moment I contacted them for a quote to the hand over, everything went smooth as possible. On the day of installation the each discipline arrived as the previous one was finishing off. The guys were polite and knew their job and did it well. I have to apologise about the tiny roof space, which did cause some issues with the installation. But on the whole a great job.
