Evolved Pilates
The online mat classes and studio Pilates sessions at Evolved are wonderful. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and offer each person sessions tailored to their specific needs. The space and equipment are great.

Evolved Pilates
When you come here you're doing Pilates right. The attention given to tailoring your personal class even in a group environment exceeded my expectations. I feel taller, properly aligned and much stronger all week afterwards, and always look forward to the next class. Julia Frankish is brilliant, and her team closely guided by her are giving others amazing power. I love these ladies.

A fantastic studio with a good range of classes to choose from. I love the mums and bubs classes, and can't wait to try out the other ones. Julia is a great instructor, her classes are engaging and motivating; she knows the just right amount of challenges you need!

Evolved Pilates absolutely changed me and for the better. I had to be persuaded by my wife because I believed the gym would be enough. And the gym is great, but Pilates is so much more. I took some scans to the team at Evolved (long story) and they tailored a program to my various needs. It took me a few months to get it"

Julia has a very supportive approach to working with her clients. The small group classes mean that you get regular attention that's tailored specifically to your own needs. It's my favourite exercise of the week and I feel taller when I leave!Julia was recommended to me and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to improve their health, posture and wellbeing, or recover from an injury.
