Kathryn Chan is the best dentist. She treated me kindly and kindly. She looked closely at the sore spot and explained in detail what treatment was needed and what was not needed right away. I will continue to receive treatment from Kathryn. The staff was also kind and considerate.

I want to thank Dr Stefan, Rachael at the front desk and the rest of Pimpama Dental team for their fantastic service to remove my wisdom teeth recently. I was made to feel extremely comfortable by Pimpama Dental and cannot thank them enough for everything! Highly recommend!

Updating my review: Thank you to Dr Ena and the Pimpama dental team! I was extremely nervous having to get my wisdom teeth out but they reassured me constantly and honestly I feel like a giant sook cause it wasn't painful at all and a day after I'm having minimal pain so thank you for eliminating a lot of my fears of seeing the dentist. On top of that I have to also thank you all for the care and quick action you all took when my partner fainted you all did an amazing job especially with the kindness of a follow up call to make sure she was alright. Couldn't ask for a better dentist!

I recently had a crown and other work done by Dr Stefan. The job done was nothing less than fantastic, he is very gentle and extremely professional and this along with the friendly team made the whole experience a pleasure to go to the dentist. (Something I thought I would never say!) I highly recommend Dr Stefan and the Pimpama Dental team.

I couldn't ask for a better dental practice, from the moment I called and spoke with Rachel to organise an emergency appointment for my 4 year old daughter to the end of her procedure when my daughter walked out smiling. I haven’t not needed a dentist in some time and all of a sudden I have a wisdom tooth that needs removing. To get the ball rolling I booked an appointment with Dr. Kathryn Chan and herself and staff were nothing but amazing and going above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, have a laugh, happy, talked through everything. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I have not seen or had the best experience to see a dentist in almost 20years! BUT due to myself needing to get an emergency extraction the team at Pimpama Dental were so lovely to my wife with booking me a dental appointment asap!. I would like to say that Pimpama Dental is the BEST dentist iv been too which is my family's Go to from now on! Customer service, time management, and loving and caring staff towards people and families that may be experiencing pain, or there first visit to a dentist. thank YOU to the lovely Ladies at the front Desk Rach, and Mandy and to Dr. Stefan. Me and my family have found a beautiful dentist that is our home for us now!

Dr Kathryn Chan is amazing. She listens to your needs and she is very gentle and professional. I was treated with the professionalism kindness and courtesy. Everything went super smoothly and absolutely no pain at all. After some bad experience from outside dentist. I definitely will continue using Kathryn for my future treatments.

Highly recommend! I absolutely hate going to the dentist because I have sensitive teeth but the team at Pimpama Dental were amazing and made my experience very comfortable. The receptionist is also extremely welcoming and lovely to deal with, my appointment was on time and everything looked perfectly clean.
