help full to begin with, sympathetic to urgency of delivery which was promised by the 5th or 6th of January in Adelaide. After payment every thing went pear shaped.I had to follow up about delivery just to be told that goods had not evenbeen manufactured and the factory only reopens on the 11/1/2021.I have dealt with Brad Hewines (owner) who despite promise does not even respond to messages.Goods eventually arrived in Adelaide on Wednesday the 13/1/2021As goods where required as soon as possible I would have expected better communication from Brad once he knew that goods would not be ready as promised.Overall not a good experience, next time I would use another product as this has caused a lot of stress for my client and myself.in response to reply: Maybe Brad should check his phone and yes,I did place the order on the 22/12/2020. However Brad did promise delivery by the 5/1 or 6/1/2021 at that time as according to him the freight company was working between Christmas and New Year.The point is that he did NOT advise of the delay!

This company were fantastic to deal with when ordering our fence extensions. Our order was completed in a couple of days, we just provided the measurements and colour and they did the rest. They do provide an installation service but my husband is super handy so he chose to install them himself, and he said it was really easy. They are really high quality and lightweight but very strong and they match the fence colour perfectly. Excellent price, very helpful, friendly service and it really provides great privacy. It really complements the garden I highly recommend Heuron Screenline for all your fencing needs.
