I Love This Shop
Had dinosaur ballons filled at this store however seems when the staff were putting them together they couldn't tell the difference between the legs and arms and put them on wrong. Tried to fix however deflated too quickly. Attempted to call them however the number listed on their receipt doesn't work, says the phone is no longer connected. It's the same number listed on Google.Recommend updating your details.Never again will I give them my business.

I Love This Shop
I don’t love this shop. I thought I would support this small business instead of going to Lombard’s. Staff refused to do latex balloons and said I had to order them ahead of time. There were two staff members at the front and very little customers in the shop. Two hours before closing. They didn’t ask how many I wanted. Just poor customer service. I’ll never shop there again.

I Love This Shop
Customer service is very average. The store is like any $2 type shop but is enormous. Don't expect quality - it's all about quantity and finding everything that has ever existed.

This shop has amazing variety for anything your looking for.. costumes, stationary, balloons, baby shower+ birthday decorations.. heaps.

I Love This Shop
The shop is great for the variety they offer however their customer service is absolutely shocking. I always find the staff short and not very friendly but I just shrug it off. This time however, behaviour was unacceptable. After I questioned an advertised price on the shelf as it did not match the amount at the till I was yelled at, marched to the aisle, yelled at some more and on the return the till I ask her to please stop shouting at me that she turned around and squared up implying she was going turn violent. The manager just stood at the counter unwilling to get involved with her team members behavior. I have never experienced such behavior, appalling customer service.

Fantastic customer service from Oziem and team being buying candles from them past 9 months when first purchased first lot of candles where faulty returned . Replaced with other brand no questions asked highly recommend this shop .

Wouldn’t stay open until 6pm as per their hrs, even though I called ahead and said I was 5mins away so before 6pm. I also said it was my kids birthday in the morning and I needed the ballon for first thing. Just not sorry we’re closing now.So make your closing hrs 550pm then.

Horrible service will never go again. We were making a large purchase for a 1st birthday party and the manager instructed the person already servicing us to stop and serve other customers first, then it was our turn again, and again the manager interrupted us. I’m not sure why our $100+ purchase was less important to their business. Only after we started to walk out did they suddenly agree to serve us. There was a queue as they have little staff, but we also had our baby with us. Come on.First come first serve seems like a reasonable policy for this business to adopt.I recommend shopping online, the same products are cheaper and you don’t have to deal with this stuff. Actually come here, see the products in person, then buy online elsewhere.

I Love This Shop
I had a horrible experience in this shop.I took my 3-year-old child to choose gifts, and my child broke the small Christmas glass ball displayed at the door. I told them to clean it and pay the price. The service staff said that there is no compensation, but let me take care of my child. Anyway, it's best to pay the cost of this small ball at checkout, but her attitude makes me very uncomfortable.
