Just curious to know are the employees in Work Pac are not getting paid ?They are blunt and untutored. No proper response from the team, I joined with them an year ago for the labour work , The Team manager is too much attitude and most of the people are too slow in responding to emails/callsHighly disoriented people are working here ,as they don't care about employees, Money oriented indolent people working with much carelessness and sluggish manner. ERA should take strict action towards their behaviour and attitude.

I found the staff to be extremely friendly and for a mining recruitment company, it's very well organized. The online system is well designed and actually works. I was found a role and was in it within a few weeks. For me, the pay was higher than in a similar role with another agency. They are also the first step into Rio for many permanent jobs there. Overall very good experience.

Lazy recruiters working around , Beware they are lethargic and rude if any questions being asked around the process and documents.Highly unrecommendable for the white collar jobs, as they are not aware on any of the process going around. Not sure how they can assist the new joiners. unwelcoming behaviour from the team.Took almost a month to provide an offer letter. not able to negotiate poorly managed team. Higher management should also monitor these employees for the betterment of the company.

I was offered work. Made to complete inductions and medicals. Passed and got a contract and a fly out date. I had provided my own tools that got sent out to the mine. Then Job got delayed week by week until 4th week, in which I had to leave as it got to close to Christmas. The person I delt with was so unresponsive and had no compassion. They were not polite on the phone, borderline rude. I actually felt like I had done something wrong.

Had a job lined up with rio few years back applied direct with rio but contract had to go through to workpac had my interview with rio got the job etc. But then the recruiter from workpac so passive aggressive from get go no hello my name is so and so just bang... we don't care what rio told you in the interview this is what we are giving we tell you when and if you get mobilised ect ect. Then I pulled her up on the attitude and I was told sorry you don't hold our values and ended the call... judging from the reviews nothing has changed.

Workpac have come a long way since 2019. They didn't use to pay for travel to the Pilbara but now they do although there is no definition of what travel constitutes in your contract ! they just say put down 12 hours for travel days. In realty though your travel days end up being 13-14hr days. They still cap your super based on a normal working week despite working close to double the amount of hours. How legislation allows this is beyond me also the lack of paid sick days is a major concern. I've never had an issue with staff though and they reply quickly. Onboarding and mobilisations are quick and easy and well managed. The bottom line...know your worth, don't be desperate and demand a good hourly rate and you'll make good money.

So far the staff have been extremely friendly and very helpful!! I am very much looking forward to working at Rio and can't thank enough both Cherie in Karratha and Cherie in Perth for there prompt assistance and help with everything Thanks ladies :)

Very good, when you get a job they leave to work and don’t harass you but check up now and then to see how things are going.Helpful when ever I’ve needed anything.

The recruiter found me a fifo job with little operating experience which I appreciate. Was rushed to make a decision with out any information on the were abouts of the job & the camp facilities etc . was told the information would be emailed but didn't get it . Had medical booked & still no word on camp or work site .. no information on rates ( overtime, night rates etc )as told would get days before but that info didn't come either just the medical date time and uniform sizes. Turned down the job but they still proceeded to check my references knowing I had already turned down the job . No communication
