I requested Ben’s help in preparing my pre-need funeral plan and I have only the highest praise for his empathic, knowledgeable and caring approach. My family and I now feel much more secure knowing that Ben will sympathetically look after my wishes.

Ben was very flexible and accommodating to our family. The digital planning process was efficient and easy. As the funeral was arranged during COVID, Ben also made every effort to help us understand the restrictions and how best to get through a very difficult day.As a celebrant, Ben was personable, compassionate and caring. He was very professional and ensured the service ran smoothly and efficiently without us even noticing. He took the time and effort to learn about our Grandpa which allowed him to provide a thoughtful, succinct service, with personal moments that made him feel like a member of the family.I am extremely grateful to Ben for his exceptional planning and organisation skills, and his kind and caring nature to all members of my family. I couldn't recommend him highly enough!

Ben is so incredibly organised, considerate and thoughtful as he assisted us preparing for our wedding. He thought of every detail, gave us helpful timelines to work with which made the big day run so smoothly. He was the perfect balance of professional, warm, authentic and personal for the ceremony.
