The service is good but there definitely is negligence in products they are selling. A lot of BS sales tactics that will easily influence consumers that aren’t resourceful on watches. Switching to tacky methods like overselling the name of a brand or perceiving the quality as much higher than what it is, there is no question in my mind this is a commission type job.Almost every brand sold is way past what is worth RRP or sales price and the value isn’t as good as perceived. Most pieces are subject to cheap built quality, very basic designs that are direct copy and paste with very entry level movements.A lot are very cheap fashion watches that are initially pretty but for the price paid there are much better brands both in quartz and automatic. I’m writing this review in attempts to stray keen new watch buyers to products that would last much longer and not be subject to the downsides mentioned earlier.

Bought Casio watch today. Both of the ladies were so sweet and helpful. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Looking forward to buy some more.
