Very modern, wide range of classes and equipment. Staff are ready to help and instructors are fun and energised. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Does flood occasionally because of the river nearby.

Cleanest, brightest, friendliest gym I've ever joined. The GRC classes are phenomenal - both challenging and effective (and a fantastic value - as they are included in the membership). Sadly, there's no longer a creche post-COVID, though the facilities are kept in like-new condition. You never feel intimidated to be there and the staff make an effort to know your name, greet you, and help you out. Cannot recommend enough.

This is the BEST gym. Super friendly and professional staff. They offer efficient workout routines, premium equipment and a wide range of classes. If you want to work out in a peaceful/nice/clean/bright/friendly environment to bring you some joy in your life, this is the right place. AWESOME!

The Workout has been a mainstay of my fit and healthy life for years. This great family-run business offers equipment, advice, and programs all in keeping with the latest research. Staffed by friendly well-qualified people who genuinely care. Terrific setup in custom-made building. I know this is a rave, but honestly, what's not to love?

Friendly Staff. Great Gym , I have been to many gyms over the years I can Honestly say this Gym has the Best Equipment and Great Staff. They are all there to help you , you feel comfortable going there. It does cost more then other gyms, they have better equipment and they have the Pilates machines. Crossfit, F45, and Pilates cost more.Also very clean.

Best gym I've ever been to by far! The decor is beautiful (almost feels like a spa!), the group reform classes are amazing, they have different instructors with different styles and you get the best work out each time (I have been to Janine, Jacinta, Nic and Melba's classes). The zumba classes by Fitu are so much fun, everyone really gets into it and you get such a good workout. Overall super happy with my new gym, so glad I made the change, and the staff are always friendly and remember your name! So you really have a sense of community and belonging.

This is a great place with a difference. It is a non-intimidating space, yet with top-notch equipment.The staff is particularly friendly and attentive. Based on your goal, your age and fitness level, a program will be tailored for you.I will turn 60 at the end of the year, I usually hate gyms, and yet I feel I fit in at this place.

The gym I didn’t know I needed. Beautiful interior, amazing supportive staff, and classes that I love. Thank you for making me look forward to actually going to the gym! Highly recommend!
