Me and my 3 friends came to Tasmania, because Linx offered us a job on machinery and on construction of raspberry tunnels. But they lied to us. Supervisor from farm didn't know more that we were sent there to start picking. Both companies said that there was big misunderstanding on which positions were avaiable. My boyfriend and some friends of us were hired for the cherry season at reid fruit (december 2018). We decided to camp in the campersite of the farm managed by JULIA from linx. 100$ a week for a tent for 1 or 2 pp. We camped there because linx give more job to the campers. When we arrive there, we were very happy because there were good vibes between all the campers from everywhere (100 pp). But the conditions of the campersite were disgusting : dirty showers with no hot water everyday, not enough spaces in the kitchen for everybody and the electricity tripped all the time (more than 1 hour for cooked pasta if you are lucky), the plastic toilets cabins were full of poop.... With all the people of the campersite, we decided to have a meeting with JULIA to find solutions. We were not happy to pay for something that we didn't get for few weeks. At the meeting, she promised us to fix the issue but the day after, 4 people of the camp were fired for unhappy" mood. JULIA is very vicious

Do you like to get paid for your work? Then don't find work through Linx. Zero communication through email, very little information about anything, they are late with pay (if they'll even pay me?!), no payslips. Horrible.

I was in Brisbane with my friend and he asked Linx if there is work for us and they said yes, so we flew to Tasmania from Brisbane.We were hired by the nursery and stayed there for three weeks. During the three weeks, we only worked for 9 days and got two weeks unpaid off. After these long days off, they suddenly fired most of the working holiday workers on the nursery. We literally wasted our time and money. The worse thing is that they started hiring new people for the nursery shortly after that.Linx was advertising for more jobs and there was a berry picking job with a backpackers accommodation. However when I called them to confirm, they had no knowledge of the backpackers accommodation. They said there is no backpackers accommodation and I will have to find my own accommodation. The company is very disorganized and you'll have to keep asking them about things. Keep that in mind when you are applying.

Run away from these liars, they're 21 century slavers! Currently at the last working campsite in Tassie (Feb 2019), they rushed us to get into the campsite, asked for the $100 bond immediately at the end of the induction to avoid waiting days without working and to secure a place into their campsite

Hello, since I'm Australia nobody treated me as bad and unprofessional as this guys.Don't get an employment with this agency!We stayed on a campsite at a farm, organised by linx. We had a couple issues with NOT having hot water, electricity to cook or charge devices, a place to escape for heavy rain or the sun.. for $100 a week in a tent.. after 3 weeks we asked for a appointment and wanted to talk about a discount! The end of the story is that 4 people who talked in the name of the others got kicked out. Even better: they called the POLICE!! Titled that people with aggressive and unacceptable behaviour. Without doing anything wrong this people lost their accommodation and the job from one to the other second. That's definitely not acceptable, so me and around 20 other people left to the same time as a statement. The result is that we not getting our $100 bond back.It's a shame and I'm shocked how they treating their costumers.

Linx employment have found us a job in Apple thinning in less than a week. I would highly recommend their services : here's an agency that respects the labourers. This company is a scam.The farm were we worked was good but Linx organized the camp site. It was a mess, the conditions were not good at all, and not as promised, the manager of the camp kicked out people without a good reason.

I have had several job offers thanks to Linx. In addition to having fulfilled everything they had promised... the working conditions were excellent!Linx staff has an excellent human treatment. Thanks Linx and Samantha for the great help in these difficult times!

After the first job, 8days in a row in construction, the payslip arrive and what a surprise, there is hundreds missing.. they didnt paid the overtime, neither the sunday rate, neither the travel.. i go there the day after the payslip, explain the whole things, expecting this to be fix in no time.. you guessed it, they ript me a 2nd time.. however ! This agency will try to not pay you fully, you can try to call them, email them, they will ignore you! You will have to go there in person ! Worst of it, they actually have some jobs.. but dont expect to be fully paid if you 've done some extra time or worked in some particular days !
