Terry white woodcroft plaza messed up my script and then tried to blame everyone but themselves. Thanks to them I have to go to emergency to have a simple issue corrected and waste the valuable time of hospital staff. When I approached the pharmacist was rude and unapologetic even though it was 100% the pharmacy error.. Worse Chemist ever.

Not allowed to enter this pharmacy without a mask oh but we could buy 3 for $12!If it is a store condition to wear one then a mask should be supplied.Went and bought the pharmacy lines I needed from Woolworths next door.

I have no stars to give, but require one to post!I am writing this review after my husband's visit to your chemist.He is appauled at the service he received today. The attendant was unprofessional and her discression was not used after asking for a preperation required for bowel prep. Yes, he did not have the documentation requested, however as a customer of your pharmacy he did not receive genuine care, decency and respect expected of your service. He reluctantly visited the store today after being treated poorly on previous occasions. As a family we have decided not to visit your store and simply drive further to another pharmacy.

Was ignored by ALL the staff on duty for way too long. When a customer is waiting patiently at the counter, you tend the customer, you dont keep talking about orders that may or may not arrive. I could have walked out numerous times. Other customers arent that patient.

I have experienced the worst customer service on multiple occasions. 6 people working, all standing around chatting for a good 5 minutes before serving a line of waiting customers. Staff don't know anything about over the counter medication. Very rude! Won't be back.

I've been to this pharmacy a few times and find the staff quite condescending. There are other pharmacies which are much more helpful and friendly. I won't be going there again.

The chemist was very unprofessional. Was rude and raising his voice at elderly customers. Made me wait 30mins to sign some papers, scrunched them in his hand when giving them back which was totally unnecessary. It was an important document. An angry little young man.
