With the restrictions of the Commonwealth Privacy Act it is often difficult to obtain what used to be readily available information regarding friends and relatives. These days it is necessary to request this information through authorised investigators for a fee.In choosing QLD Covert Investigations to assist me in a matter concerning a missing friend I have obtained the information needed quickly and at a very reasonable price. Discussions with the Investigator were of value, and to the point. The report I received was very professional and contained a wide range of information on the subject.I would definately employ QLD Covert Investigations again, and recommend the company to anyone needing such services.

Greg and the team then conducted surveillance which was done discreetly, professional and promptly to give us the answers we need for the family.Would use again, money well spent to have mind at ease.

Absolute waste of time, don't give your money to these crooks, Greg is patronizing, rude and arrogant. Was no help at all, just a waste of money and precious time.This was not at a discounted rate, there was no mention of that whatsoever! $495 was far too much to pay to provide you with all the information and get it put into a report, you really didn't give us any information that we didn't already know that could be of any use. Greg was awful throughout the process and made out that he had some good leads from the first phone call which made us feel that he could actually help but that was false hope as he didn't actually help at all. Perhaps you have other investigators that are much better at this and at least show some empathy but that was not our experience with Greg.

Greg and his team do and amazing job tracking down and locating our bad debtors. We have switched to Qld Covert Private Investigations for all our debt recovery as we have received a professional approach and great value for money each time.
