I just bought the most expensive phone on the shelf. Got home to find that I could have got same phone for $250 less elsewhere. I did ask if this was best price.Also was not offered phone cover or screen protection. The salesman could have offered me more and made more for his employer, but was more interested in the other customer who was being served by another employee..Most disappointed considering the phone didn't even come with a charger and is an early 2021 model

Delivered a new two door fridge with one door not closing smoothly and the other door is dented. They will do nothing to help me fix this problem. This fridge should never have been delivered to me in this state, probably because I am elderly they thought to use me to get rid of it. Everyone be very very weary of anything that is delivered, do not trust them at all

People say that we are at a service disadvantage living in the country! We had a dead induction cooktop (fancy / expensive / 3 yrs old only but out of warranty). I had done my research so knew what I was after - went into the shop 11am yesterday morning (a Tuesday) - Steve price matched on the Westinghouse I wanted. Their 3rd party installer collected the unit from them & it was installed by 4pm & the dead M**** unit taken away. Could not recommend Rezzie Betta Forster more highly. - 6 stars!

To start with David thank you,We had a problem with our fridge still under manufacturers warranty David and his staff gave me all the information to contact the manufacturer and we had to wait nearly a month for our new fridge to arrive David organized our delivery covered by the manufacturer and then the big day arrived delivered on time I was there when the box was opened and it was damaged on the outside and inside of a fully sealed box no damage to the box at all, David said we could use it until we can get another one.David and his staff went out of their way to get another fridge for us he took it out of his stock for us and had it delivered to us and the delivery guys were fantastic polite set the fridge up we highly recommend David and his staff at Rezzie Betta Home Living Forster NSW.Thank you again.
