Jim, the director is extremely knowledgeable and made our green pool clean up so much easier. We went into the shop knowing nothing about pools and came out with the goods to bring a pool back to life after being green for six months. He was attentive and went through everything step by step.Take lots of photos and a water sample down to the guys at Swimmart. They will sort you out.Thanks Jim and team :)

Installed a new heater for the pool and relocated all the pipes and pumps. Done it with ease and provided us with excellent service. Highly recomend Jim and his crew to carry out any pool related jobs.

Jim, Paul & Dyson have all be so incredibly helpful with the many many problems our pool has faced over months!!! Very patient and extremely knowledgeable and always happy to answer my million questions! We won't go anywhere else for pool help!

Truly appalling customer service. Dropped our pool cleaner off for repair. Contacted over a week later to say they had fixed it. Cost $375. Took it home, same problem. We then took it back, they said they fixed it again. But its was still not working when we picked it up. We then took it around the corner to Outback Pools, they changed a lead for $150.00 in a day, Now it's working perfectly.

The staff were so amazing to deal with.They are knowledgeable, fast and very honest.Friendly staff towards myself and young child.I have just got a home with a pool it’s all new to me, They took the time to really help me understand how to fix my pool problem.I’m so happy we have found this shop and will continue to use them from now on.
