Stu is fantastic! My bike rides like its brand new and the job was done in half a day. Incredibly reasonable prices and quick service. Stu was also very helpful in running me through what the service had entailed and thoroughly answered all the bike newbie questions I had. Could not recommend Crankys more!

Really impressed with Stu and his work on my gravel bike. I was looking for a general inspection as well as some rebuild support and Stu did an excellent job installing and fitting a new fork as well as dialling in a new rear brake caliper with an IS frame adapter to cater for the flat mount brake model. I tested the bike after collection, riding it over 150km + of challenging gravel over 3 days and it stood up superbly. I’ll be looking to Stu for servicing and build needs in the future!

I haven't paid to get my bike serviced before and the results were amazing - my bike looked brand new and it rides so much better. I think this probably added years to my bike's usefulness, and it certainly is more of a joy to ride. Stuart was also easy to communicate and work with, and I enjoy supporting a small local business.I did feel stung by the eventual cost - it was much more than I was ready for. It wasn't necessarily bad value, but it certainly stunned me. Overall I think I probably still got good value, but do be warned. You could always discuss this with Stu though and maybe go for a cheaper option than I opted for.

There is a bike stand right outside and I'm 99% sure he pops tyres so people are forced to buy new tubes off him. I have had my own bike popped, and have seen MULTIPLE bikes with popped tyres at this location. Very scummy business practise and would DEFINETELY not recommend.

Stu sold me a chain at a reasonable price and was more than happy to answer all my questions about fitting it correctly. This guy knows his stuff and it is apparent from his spotless workshop that he is meticulous and professional. It was also COVID safe.
