I’ve worked around the corner and visited this store several times a week to pick up a coffee or some food (for around 9 years) the new manager has zero customer service skills, doesn’t say hello, doesn’t make any conversation. Most times she can’t even be bothered looking up from her paperwork scattered over the counter. I really don’t like to be negative, but this morning just really got me, little bit over being made to feel like interruption rather than a customer.
