Studio 2350

My partner turned up at 9.25am on a Saturday morning to try and get a basic mens hair cut. Website stated opens at 9:30am. WaIted until 9:45am after watching the team of girls chatting away. I called the salon and was told they were open which they clearly weren’t. My partner waited a further 5 minutes until he then knocked on the door to be told that they were waiting on clients and were fully booked. Seriously I understand if it was by appointment only but when the website states they open at 9:30am, phone call stated they were open and clearly they were just standing around chatting for a good 20 mins without opening doors, my partners hair could have been cut!! At the very least, he could have been acknowledged instead of waiting over 20 minutes to be told they were full and only after he had to knock on closed doors! Poor customer service and clearly lazy staff.

Worst hair colour & service I have ever used. Hayley isn’t even qualified 2 be doin hair anyway. Owner hung up on me once I said I would like my money back & I was goin 2 take them 2 the tribunal! Was in the seat from 11:30- 3:30 & nothing looked any different! Went then 2 my hair dresser & they were horrified & fixed it 4 me! NEVER GO 2 STIDIO 2350! And u will be hearing from me further. If I could no stars I would!

Very professional and a lovely atmosphere

They did a good job, their price was high though but given my situation I understand. So I got my hair dyed and after they washed my hair I had inch wide (either side of my face) sections where the dye wasn't put or washed out straight away. They also sat around chatting for a good while, while I waited for them to open up even though it was past 9:30.I'm still happy with what they did though and I might go back, if I want to spoil myself.

Great friendly place, it you would like you hair done and like a chat, you will not be disappointed.

So lovely and friendly, no appointment needed. Put some life back into my hair and the creative colourist mixed an original toner which still looks amazing after a month! Prices much cheaper than thr Gold Coast.

Great customer service! Just a query regarding their phone no. Which doesn't connect correctly from the Facebook app! I hope the correct department (Facebook?) Can remedy so that Studio 2350 retains their contacts and client base.
