DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Two attempts were made to replace a faulty battery in my Surface Pro 4. Attempt number 1 resulted in the install of an equally poor and faulty battery, discolouration to a small section of the LCD screen and a non funtioning keyboard. Attempt number 2, yet another faulty battery has been installed... It goes from full charge to 70% in a 24 hour period and that is with the laptop turned off! As for the keyboard not working (an internal issue on the main board) they are not responsible for it! Apparently, it's just awful bad luck and a complete coincidence that it stopped working while it was in their hands for the first battery fitout. I paid $290 and all I have to show for it, is a broken laptop that I can't use unless plugged into power, with an external keyboard connected. No refund, no apology, no call from the store manager as requested. They do not care!

I have used these guys to repair my computers for years. Never any issues, good communication and fair price. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys

Booked my PC in on Tuesday for boot failure that I couldn't work out, the guys at Choice Tel not only troubleshooted and got replacements for the faulty hardware, but also deep cleaned my whole case and all the fans, replaced thermal compound and the cmos battery free of charge; the labor fee was more than reasonable at ~$160 for 4 days work, and didn't over charge for the replacement memory kit.Genuinely stellar business.

We can't speak highly enough of the service we received at Choice Tel. Lifesavers - or at least that's how it felt at the time! Computer repaired, data retrieved (Hallelujah!) at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Put my sons laptop in for repair, got told beyond economical repair.Only found out after we rung them twice....Asked to do data recovery, and did not recover directory AABackup (primary data file) charged an hours labour for it even though they did not do it.Taught my son to do it in 15mins.... love to know how they managed to charge an hour for it.no service and over priced - not recommended

Excellent service. My laptop was not loading into windows, I thought I had lost everything. The laptop was repaired within a day and all my data was there. Super Happy!

I took my laptop here it wasn't working and they fixed it and upgraded it to make everything run better really happy with the service.

Fast Friendly computer repair. Good communication.

As usual these guys (Ben) did a great job migrating all my data from my old laptop to my new one.
