Staff were honestly rude and speak to customers as if they’re stupid. They were moderately helpful with getting the product we needed however were quite snappy and acted as if we were taking up their time though the store was not busy at all. After dealing with two unfriendly staff members, our purchase was put through by a nice young worker who didn’t speak to us in a rude manner and didn’t seem to have a problem with us like the other staff. We weren’t causing trouble, just had some inquiries about using vouchers. Overall, probably won’t be re visiting.

Store is not too big but staff were very helpful and knowledgeable if you have never been to Westfield Miranda before finding JBHIFI can be a bit of a maze as it is all the way down the bottom near the food court next to Decathlon

Their LP record player on sale is for $399 when Bing Lee has same item for $299..huge difference. JB Hi Fi seems to be over priced

It's an alright, however if it was not on the ground floor it would be more convenient but can't blame them. It's mostly like all jbhifi's, staff is nice and helpful.

Waited 10-15mins for someone to sell me a phone for my daughter. No approach.. And when my daughter tried to get someone's attention, she was basically told to go away. Made us feel like they didn't need or want our business, so we took our business somewhere else. Very disappointing service, but luckily there's plenty of competition in the smart phone sector, and if this is their standard of service, they will lose more than just my business.

I have been a loyal customer at JBHiFi and every single time I buy a record vinyl from there it is warped. Around about a year ago I brought the Arctic Monkeys AM vinyl and as soon as I opened it and played it, it skipped. Now, tonight after I spend over $220 in this shop on 3 records not only is that an UNREASONABLE price but as soon as I opened my Folklore vinyl by Taylor Swift, I play my favourite song for the very first time after FRESHLY opening it, it literally skips. I have been saving up for these for so long now and have been waiting for OVER 6 MONTHS for these to ACTUALLY BE in the store and they skip. The quality of these records are completely revolting do not buy any vinyl records from this place.

Went into the store 5 minutes before closing time and still got served with well and got a good deal on a mobile phone.

I had a terrible experience with the security guard at late night shopping on Thursday. The store was meant to be open for more than 5 minutes, he watched me run to the store proceeding to open the door to let a few customers out before closing the door. I politely asked if they were open till 9pm as indicated on google and that I was only there to buy a disposable camera, a transaction that has taken me no longer than 2 minutes in the past. Without saying a word to me he rolled his eyes and proceeded to close the door. I understand there may be a policy stating he can’t let anyone in after a certain time, but there were other polite ways to inform me of this. Terrible customer service.

Ethan- highly recommended, best customer service. Young boy but knows exactly what he's selling and does not have that sales pushy vibe at all. Look for him and you won't be disappointed! Love your work!!!!
