I finally got around to using the gift voucher I received for my birthday present and I'm so glad I did. I had a 45 minute massage with Alan; I indicated vaguely where I was feeling tightness and he located just the right spots to apply pressure. It was most probably the best massage I've ever had! Then the float really was a unique and wonderful experience. I almost nodded off a few times and felt thoroughly zen afterwards. I will be returning!

Love coming for a float at Kenmore City Cave - such a sanctuary from first entry through the door. I love the herbal tea in the lead up to my float...sets a gorgeous tone for the time there. A regular float brings a more maintained relaxation to my nervous system. I will be back. Again. And again. And again.

Good Morning, the experience was great. The therapist was very good and highly recommend them. The only thing which I was not asked about and admittedly I should of asked too is that the therapist is not my health fund registered. This information when making the booking should be asked of the customer just so City Cave can match the customer to the right therapist that covers customer health fund. Thanks Peta

Awesome experience every time. The flotation room as become part of my selfcare routine. It enables me to get into a very deep relaxed state that I have never achieved previously. Assists in managing my stress.

I absolutely love floating but I must say my experience at Kenmore can't be compared to others. The service is not that friendly nor inviting, and even though I am always early I am made to wait after my appointment time. The float pool us always cold and the water was not the cleanest, the walls were dirty. The whole float room is quite neglected. I feel that if I'm paying this amount of money to lay in a pool it should be clean and well maintained. I will prob not return to Kenmore again.

Did a couples sauna with my mate and it was a lot of fun. The Sauna was plenty spacious, private and we could connect our phone to the speaker which was awesome. Felt so energised and slept like a baby afterwards. Would 100% recommend it.

I have done floats in a pod before however the City Cave experience was absolutely outstanding. It felt so good to be relieved of aching muscles and stress. Total Zen experience !!
