Incredibly happy with the service provided by general tools. I purchased two custom machines from them and the process was very smooth; from selecting the specifications of the machine to delivery. Since they had to come from Taiwan they gave me monthly updates of the status of the order which I appreciated very much. They have plenty of stock, long serving employees with in depth industry knowledge, the best prices in Australia for machinery and tools and next day delivery if they haven't got it in stock.
