This is by far the best Muay Thai gym I have ever been to, and also the most supportive! Every time I go to class I'm greeted by fantastic coaches who are champions in their sport. An extra benefit is the weight loss I've been experiencing. I can't wait to keep training and highly recommend this gym in Cairns.

This is an incredible gym. Pretty Top Team has become my second home over the past couple of years. You are immediately embraced by welcoming and encouraging coaches and members when you walk in. Paul and Frankie have built an amazing culture based on community, hard work and fun.The training is exceptional. Wether your goals are to learn a new sport as a novice, get fit, gain skill in boxing, Muay Thai or wrestling, or compete at a high level, there is a place for you here. I've trained with a number of coaches and haven't found another who is both a standout in the sport in their own right as well as capable of transferring that knowledge onto their students so well. Paul is constantly learning, improving and refining his systems to deliver his training in such a way that you will see development in a short period of time. The skill level of members and the achievements are testament to this.The first class is free, so there's really nothing to lose. PTT is 100% the real deal and worth checking out, no matter your level of experience.

My 17 year old son has been going to Pretty Muay Thai for a while now and we’ve noticed a great improvement in his mood and he’s lost 15kg! The team are supportive for everyone, even if you don’t know what you’re doing and Paul and his team are wonderful teachers and great role models.

I’ve been training at Pretty Top Team for a couple months now and don’t have a bad word to say. The team is very welcoming and the coaches do a wonderful job ensuring the use of correct technique whilst pushing yourself and making it a fun and friendly environment. Coach Mikey has been a great help with both boxing and wrestling. Would recommended Pretty Top Team to anyone wanting to increase their fitness level or excel at a new skill.

I've been looking for a wrestling gym for a while now after trying a few of the local BJJ gyms. Pretty Top Team has a welcoming and positive environment. There are people of different experience, gender, races and sizes all training together. The coaches are knowledgable and passionate about their craft.They also offer kids classes for wrestling, boxing and Muay Thai which are very popular. They teach valuable life skills as well as martial arts.Can't recommend this place enough.

Great gym. Very welcoming to all skill and fitness levels. Everyone is nice and always has a smile on their face and all the coaches are very helpful and experienced. I signed up to Muay Thai to improve my fitness, but it also helped improve my mental health, self-discipline, confidence and my overall health.

Absolutely top class gym. The culture that Paul and Frankie have built is truly second to none, there's a massively welcoming community and a real family feel that makes it feel like a second home.There are programs in place to offer high level training regardless of experience or goals, from absolute beginners walking in for their first class just wanting to boost their fitness to world title holders and everything in between, and systems that have been continually refined over the past few years that mean the rate of development is massive for anyone who wants to progress in the sport.I've worked with a few different coaches in the past who have been exceptional athletes in their sport, but it's very rare to find someone who is also able to pass along that knowledge and translate their success into coaching and Paul is truly special in this regard, and the growing collection of belts and high level fighters is testament to this. He's always learning, always improving and the technical level of training is constantly being raised which benefits everyone in the gym. As a result of this, he's also used this same success to turn some of his fighters into exceptional coaches, so there are enough people around to constantly be helping and developing newer fighters.Really can't speak highly enough of this place or all of the people who are a part of it. Absolutely worth joining no matter where you are on your journey or what your goals are.

I started at Pretty Top Team without any athletic background, never have done sports before, overweight and just looking for something to help me get fit, shortly after starting I fell in love with the sport and the people at this gym. It was nice to come to a gym where other people looked like me, and there were several different shapes and sizes and Pretty Top Team catered to that. I started with their Beginners classes, and eventually joined their fitness classes and I have become more and more confident in who I am as a person, and have been supported and believed in, in every step of my journey. I started off really unfit, barely getting through fitness classes, to being able to do things I never thought I'd be able to do, especially starting at a heavier weight. Its been an epic journey with pretty top team and I highly recommend it. It's not only transformed my body, but transformed my life! Love Paul and Frankie and the coaches, they believe in you and support you wholeheartedly and are so real and authentic.

Highly recommend Pretty Top Team Cairns to anyone interested in Muay Thai, Boxing or Wrestling. The coaches are knowledgeable and motivating, facility is clean and well-equipped and the sense of community is amazing.Five stars all the way!

This is a great place to train in boxing. Their instruction was excellent for a beginner like myself in forming the basics and their community welcoming and patient (and lively too, if the public events say anything). What I learned was invaluable and had I stayed longer, I would surely have learned more.
