Terrible customer service and wait just to print! Had a indian lady in print taking her jolly good old time serving customers. Whilst you got young gen z ers standing around talking about how they want lambos. What a joke mate!

To print 2 pages of pdf, I had to wait in line for an hour. After that I finally got to the counter and the staff said the document had been sent to the printer for printing. However, I had to wait another 30 minutes. Then they come up to me with 1 copy of the print whereas I had asked for 2 copies. At the end, I received 2 copies, but after 1.5 hours of waiting!Oh, and the staff was terribly rude (I don’t wanna name publicly, but she wore glasses and her name started with ‘J….’). Printing machines slow like slug! Waste of my time. Terrible customer service.

Amazing service from knowledgeable and friendly staff. Big shout out to Bonnie who was able to fulfil a difficult order in a timely fashion. My event went perfectly thanks to the team I could not be any more thankful!

Don't buy phones from here...Brought a brand new iPhone from here less than 5 months ago.Phone is in perfect condition but suddenly stopped working.Took it to a phone repair place to have it looked at and was told the motherboard was gone. Went back to officeworks as it's still under warranty and was told the phone needs to sent away for them to have a look at it.3-4 weeks wait!!As the phone was faulty due to no fault of our own andNeeding a phone for work we asked for replacement.We were told noAsked for a refund instead then again told noI understand things happen and sometimes products have faults.But at least a replacement or refund they just expect people to go without a phone for 3-4 weeks when it's used daily for workSave yourself the Hassel and buy phones else where

No printing service available. Can’t believe that before Christmas when people want to give family some memorable pictures, you can’t get them from one of the biggest and newest Officeworks stores in the Australia. Three out of four photo printing machines out of order. Also other printers not available. Totally pathetic and uncaring towards customer service.

Today I went to Officeworks Casula, and I experienced very bad service from their staff, as I tried to print ID photos and they said they can't printed for me on their side, but the reality the have, and after trying to use self service (their ports didn't read the USB) they did the job on their side but after about an hour spent their.Do something to push your staff to respect customers time!!!

Ordered via click and collect. Phoned the store when I arrived and asked the assistant if they could deliver the order to my car as I had a disability and couldn't manage the large item included in the order. Bowen delivered the items to my car and even loaded them cheerfully. He was very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Bowen!
