Just an update on my review from below. These guys will make you feel helpless as a customer. The sofa was delivered after 16 weeks; The delivery person made me sit at home the whole day Friday - waiting for delivery and finally arrived at 8 PM. Left a chunky sofa packaging in the middle of my living room commuting that he will come back early morning next day to unpack and install it. Has not turned up yet......completely helpless.Some lies at the time of sale........1. Advice that delivery will be in 10 weeks - while they very well know that practically every custom order is taking 14-15 weeks. I am till waiting for my 28th Jan order and have been told that delivery is still 5 weeks away. Few of friends have the same experience.2. Sale will be over in 2 days......never buy on this. I was told that everything I am buying will come off sale on 31 Jan. It is still on sale !!!

Nick Scami = terrible experience. Wasted more than 4 trips to one of their stores and way more delivery dramas than any one table should come with. Have yet to talk to a real person that has had a truly good experience with them. So now you are warned. Save your time, it's worth more than anything they have in store. (Finally got a refund, and they only refunded less than half of what they owe me, so the scam continues.) Wish someone had given me the advice to never go here.

Not impressed.They market on quality but it's the same old cheap garbage as most other stores.We were lied to when buying 2x sofas.They showed us a demo box spring and said our sofas would be box spring but later after waiting ages for our furniture we found out it was cheap pine and zig zag springs.The foam cushion sagged after a few months and after much complaining they gave us a store credit so we could buy more garbage from them.Our next 2 overpriced sofas were the same low quality garbage with the frame cracking dye to cheap pine with an eye" in the armrest which cracked.After that was fixed under warranty the lower frame also cracked out of warranty.Honestly for us it was worse quality than Amart.Just an all round bad experience from the lying salesman to the warranty hassles to the cheap quality furniture we felt ripped off in every way.Why would we ever buy here again?We just avoid Nick Scali when looking for furniture and save ourselves the trouble."

I bought a lounge a week ago and within a week the product dropped 100.00. So my wife went in to see if they would give us a discount because they had told us that we needed to buy because it was going off sale. Only to drop 100.00. The nice lady was not very helpful about that and said the 100.00 difference wasn't much. We have bought all of our leather furniture here. But this is my last purchase. I was going to buy the single chair that went with my recliners but I'll purchase a different chair from a different place.

The worst experience I ever have with a furniture company. I was sold a dining table and I have been told to get it deliver on specific time. I received multiple messages near to delivery time that they are not able to deliver with no proper explanations. The actual delivery was even worse. Although following up for several times that the item will be delivered but again received some not legitimate reasons that unable to deliver. The most dissatisfying experience ever.

Couch should have been here in 8 to twelve weeks and took four months. We paid in full and one day before delivery we have had no confirmation of time or date of delivery. Long wait times on phone when trying to track down delivery. Lots promised but not delivered. Very disappointed and will shop somewhere else next time.

One star on delivery experience. My details were entered wrong by in-store staff which resulted in no delivery on our organised day, despite me contacting them on the morning of the scheduled delivery day when I had not heard from them. The earliest delivery in now a week later which impacts my other commitments. This is not a premium furniture experience.
