Always mess up the order and something is always missing. Then I'm expected to drive all the way back and collect the missing items while my family sits and eats and I'm schlepping it back to the store. I think this is how they make their profit..by not fulfilling orders that are paid for and people not going back to collect their food.. Never fails for my order to be missing something. Shame it's the only one in town, unless you want a drive you don't have a choice to order there.

Visited at lunch time to find the toilet light in the women's strobe flashing.There was a sign on the door warning patrons however, totally unacceptable:(

I bought a family feast and it was horrible. I have been here before and it's always been okay but tonight my family and I had to throw our food it in the bin. The chicken didn't taste right at all.A waiste of $25.

All staff standing around just talking to themselves (young and old)No clean table so l had to ask for a cloth which l was given to clean my own table.

Depends on the day and time you go on the service you get. Recently we went through drive through and we were served by a young lady who clearly didn't want to be at work and was quite rude. Other times we I have been through and staff have been lovely.Most times they have got the order correct.

Except for stuffing up an order everything else was fantastic. The young fella who served me was awesome. Lesson learnt, check the order before you leave!!!

Specifically asked for no breast pieces as I won’t eat that junk. They deliberately put breast pieces in my order. Shouldn’t have to pay for food you won’t eat. Service very poor.

I went there a couple weeks ago and was served by the most loveliest person ever ( her name was michaella) she was the most patient and kind person to ever serve me and that she was a fast worker and made sure that everything was good. she should honestly get a pay rise. thank you so much

Extremely slow no receipt given so you have no idea what number your order isSo far waited 20 mins to half hour just for wicked wings this is not good enough they need better older workers at wallan
