We had our café bench seating recovered with Active Upholstery. We support local business and the price was competitive so we booked in while COVID restrictions were in place for our dine in customer and paid 50% deposit. We were told it would take 2-3 days after the materials arrived and expected it within 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately, we waited 8+ weeks despite continual follow up.Aside from the extended delays Bernie's conduct and comments during visits on site were at times suggestive and unprofessional.In summary, the workmanship was very good (hence 2 stars), but the extended delays and behaviour on site were both unacceptable.
