Dad died, and the family needed some help with funeral services, something that is a mystery to most of us. We contacted Jo Salm at McCartneys, who stepped in and gracefully managed the whole effort for us. Jo kept us in the loop, and made sure the right boxes were ticked, and at the same time, allowed us to celebrated Dad's life as he wished. Thanks Jo.

1 year ago and I can finally find the strength to comment on my dealings with McCartney Family Funerals. WYNNUM - Imogen was the most disrespectful, rude, callous person and had totally no empathy in the most devastating time of my life - I wished I had never walked into their office. I lost the most precious person in my life. I had the most TRAUMATIC experience with them. Imogen had bullish behaviour and quite intimidating. Wrong job for you Imogen. I am totally broken and haunted by your disgusting behaviour. I wish I had gone with KM SMITH down the road who were nothing but courteous and respectful at all times when I lost my mum. Shame on you and your cruel management for your dishonesty, misleading information and lack of professionalism and clarity. I still get anxiety when I pass your office ! My sister would be horrified that I used your services. Imogen even asked me for the payment minutes after the hearse drove away.Still traumatised!

Our sincerest thanks to Jo Salm and the team at McCartney Funerals for the genuine, compassionate, warm support they provided to our family at the time of Dad's passing. My heartfelt thanks to Jo Salm and the staff of McCartney Funerals for their compassionate support they provided to me and my family when organising my dearly loved mothers funeral. From the moment I rang the website number, Jo was the calm caring person I needed to support me in the process of organising our special funeral. Jo met us at our home and was able to provide lots of options for our consideration. She set about guiding us with her expert knowledge and what we wanted to acknowledge for the special farewell ceremony. The beautiful funeral flowers for mums coffin on the day were everything my mum would have loved as she was a very keen gardener ( see attached). Sadly we lost both our Mum and Dad this year. We engaged McCartney Family Funerals as Jo was well known to both of our parents and ourselves, not only was that comforting to us we knew it was what Mum and Dad would have wanted. Both services went ahead seemlessly. Jo was with us for Dads which was special however Jo and Imogen both helped with Mums and once again it went without a glitch. Nothing was a problem no matter how often we made contact with the office we were greeted warmly and our queries were all resolved. They managed to make a very sad time wry special.
